Does my monthly usage reset?
Yes. Your analysis count resets on the 1st of every month, regardless of when you signed up.
Is my cover letter data stored?
Your text is used only to generate your analysis. It is either deleted immediately after, or stored encrypted in your personal history if you choose to save it. You can delete saved analyses at any time.
How accurate is the AI scoring?
Our model is prompted to evaluate from a global senior HR perspective and scores across five distinct dimensions. Results are strong reference points — but no AI can guarantee hiring outcomes.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your Starter plan access continues until the end of the billing period. Contact support if you need help.
