Ssurd ("the Service") takes your privacy seriously and is committed to protecting your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

• Required: Email address, display name (or username)
• Usage data: Access logs, cover letter / resume input, analysis result history

2. How We Use Your Information

• Service delivery: User identification, providing cover letter analysis, and storing results
• Customer support: Responding to inquiries and sending important service notices

3. Data Retention

When you request account deletion or the purpose for which your data was collected has been fulfilled, we will delete your information without delay. Data may be retained longer only where required by applicable law.

4. Data Deletion

Cover letter and resume data you submit is used solely for AI analysis. It is either deleted immediately after analysis or stored encrypted on our servers for your personal "History" record. You may delete your data at any time from the Dashboard.
